Responsibilities:

• Evolve the work environment to instill an atmosphere that supports the growth of the company
• Conduct annual performance appraisals and employee development plans as needed
• Identify career paths and create career succession planning for direct reports
• Contribute towards R & D recruitment as well as in company recruitments as required

• Manage releases in accordance with a planned time line
• Collaborate effectively with the Development Leads, Software Engineers, Product Manager and other QA Engineers to deliver high quality of our technology, customer experience and product usability and timely delivery
• Drive the development of detailed functional specifications of the designated product releases and projects
• Recommend feature/quality/time tradeoff decisions for all designated product releases and projects
